At LV Petroleum, we are searching for Jimmy John's Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant! With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on creating an enjoyable experience for every guest. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in making sure our customers are served properly and the food is freshly prepared.

### **Job Overview:**

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated **Team Members** to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, customer service, and ensuring cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas. You will be part of a dynamic team that strives to provide a satisfying experience for all our guests.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare food items according to standard. Jimmy John's recipes, ensuring quality and freshness.
-   Assist customers in making choices and taking their orders with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, following safety and sanitation regulations.
-   Handle cash and electronic payments accurately while providing receipts and change as needed.
-   Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and efficient restaurant operations.
-   Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or supply needs to management.
-   Adhere to all company policies and procedures to deliver excellent customer service.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
-   Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-   Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
-   Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-   Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
