Join us and be a part of a team committed to making a positive impact—where safety, sustainability, collaboration, and empowerment intersect to drive innovation. **IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR** As our Maintenance Technician, you need to ensure stable and reliable operation of production equipment to support manufacturing and on-time delivery **Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibilities** - Execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans - Perform equipment maintenance, inspection, servicing, and modification activities according to plan - Repair equipment failures and summarize, analyze, and report failure data - Perform PPM for critical safety equipment - Manage PPM for tooling equipment and maintain maintenance records - Maintain records for tooling introduction and lifecycle management - Ensure effective execution of PPM plans and spare parts management processes - Regularly summarize issues identified during PPM execution (weekly/monthly) and drive improvements - Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and documentation (e.g., SOP, JSA) - Conduct root cause analysis for equipment downtime and follow up on corrective actions - Train production operators on basic equipment operation, maintenance, and care - Participate in spare parts inventory checks, especially for critical equipment - Support continuous improvement initiatives (safety, quality, efficiency, equipment utilization) - Manage special equipment and calibration of measuring instruments - Provide internal calibration support - Manage engineering projects, equipment modifications, and maintenance contractors - Provide emergency maintenance support during nights, weekends, and holidays - Maintain 5S in equipment areas and manage spare/idle/under-repair equipment - Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor ## Requirements **The Ideal Candidate** - College degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields - Basic English communication skills - Solid maintenance experience - Familiar with rotating and static equipment - Experience in PPM and improving equipment integrity - Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability - Good interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience - Experience in mechanical and instrumentation/electrical systems - Familiar with engineering plastics and polymer processing industry[](https://envalior-my.sharepoint.com/personal/diego_li_envalior_com/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc=%7B580525A8-EEE2-486F-A264-E009297C9EF6%7D&file=HRF-024%20%E5%B2%97%E4%BD%8D%E8%B4%A3%E4%BB%BB%E8%AF%B4%E6%98%8E%E4%B9%A6%20-%20%E7%BB%B4%E4%BF%AE%E5%B7%A5%E7%A8%8B%E5%B8%88-202407.docx&action=default&mobileredirect=true) ## Benefits **WHY ENVALIOR?** **Competitive Compensation** Join us at Envalior and enjoy competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and individual performance bonuses, ensuring your hard work is recognized and rewarded. **Comprehensive Benefits** Your well-being matters to us.
