## Description

### Job Purpose

The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily packaging operations to ensure products are packed efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards and production targets.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise packaging line activities to meet production schedules and performance targets.
-   Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
-   Lead and support packaging team members to maintain productivity and efficiency.
-   Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
-   Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
-   Maintain accurate production records and reports.
-   Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-   3+ years of experience in packaging or production, preferably in a supervisory role.
-   Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
