## Description

Pixelogic Media is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Motion Graphics Artist to lead and support a team of motion graphics professionals in delivering high-quality visual content. This role combines hands-on creative execution with team leadership, workflow management, mentoring, and project oversight. The ideal candidate is an expert in motion design, possesses strong problem-solving abilities, and can effectively bridge communication between creative teams and project management.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and support a team of Motion Graphics Artists to ensure high-quality project execution.
-   Provide mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback to team members.
-   Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.
-   Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
-   Review project requirements and assets before production begins to identify potential issues and ensure readiness.
-   Set up project structures, templates, and workflows to maintain consistency and efficiency.
-   Manage workload distribution and monitor team progress against deadlines.
-   Ensure projects meet quality standards, client requirements, and delivery timelines.
-   Troubleshoot creative and technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
-   Serve as the primary point of communication between the Motion Graphics team and Project Managers.
-   Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to align creative output with business and client objectives.
-   Participate in project planning, status updates, and workflow improvement initiatives.
-   Communicate project risks, blockers, and resource needs proactively.
-   Create, edit, and enhance motion graphics content when required.
-   Review team deliverables and provide quality control before final submission.
-   Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, creative direction, and technical specifications.

**Requirements**

-   5+ years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related creative field.
-   Previous experience leading or mentoring creative teams.
-   Advanced proficiency in: Adobe After Effects , Adobe Premiere Pro ,Adobe Photoshop
-   Strong understanding of motion design principles, animation techniques, and video production workflows.
-   Excellent project organization and workflow management skills.
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-   Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
-   Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience working in media localization, entertainment, post-production, or digital content environments.
-   Knowledge of additional Adobe Creative Suite tools.
-   Experience implementing workflow improvements and creative best practices.
