**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Marketing Lead** to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

-   Develop and execute strategic plans for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products.
-   Oversee product launches and go-to-market strategies in coordination with cross-functional teams.
-   Monitor market trends and product performance to drive continuous improvement and growth.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

-   10+ Years of progressive marketing experience in Emerging Markets
-   People management experience is preferred.
-   Marketing certification is preferred.
-   Experience in Urology Portfolio is preferred.
