**Location:** Central Illinois  
**Schedule:** Full-Time, Year-Round  
**Pay Rate:** $25.00–$35.00/hour (Based on Experience)  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time

### Overview

Aire Serv of Central Illinois is looking for an experienced **Lead HVAC Installer / Sheet Metal Fabricator** to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a skilled installer who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, fabricating custom ductwork, and completing residential HVAC installations the right way.

### Responsibilities

-   Install residential heating and cooling systems
-   Fabricate custom ductwork, transitions, plenums, offsets, and field modifications
-   Perform HVAC equipment changeouts and complete system installations
-   Read and interpret installation layouts, blueprints, and job plans
-   Ensure all work meets company standards and applicable code requirements
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
-   Communicate professionally with customers and team members
-   Complete installation documentation and required paperwork
-   Assist with training and mentoring less experienced installers

## Requirements

-   Previous HVAC installation experience
-   Sheet metal fabrication experience
-   Ability to fabricate transitions, plenums, offsets, and custom ductwork
-   Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
-   Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials safely

### Nice to Have

-   EPA Certification
-   Union HVAC experience
-   Experience leading installation crews
-   Experience with residential retrofit and replacement installations
