We are seeking an experienced and qualified **Consultant Intensivist** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide expert care to critically ill patients, lead intensive care management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage critically ill patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
-   Oversee the care of patients in the intensive care unit, including those requiring advanced life support.
-   Manage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, ARDS, and other critical care emergencies.
-   Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary ICU rounds and treatment planning.
-   Oversee mechanical ventilation, non-invasive ventilation, and other advanced organ-support therapies.
-   Perform or supervise relevant critical care procedures, where qualified.
-   Monitor patient progress, manage complications, and coordinate transitions of care.
-   Collaborate with emergency medicine, surgery, anesthesia, and other specialist teams.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
-   Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, Anesthesia, Internal Medicine, or a relevant specialty.
-   Valid **DHA eligibility or license**, or eligibility to obtain one.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Consultant level.
-   Strong knowledge of critical care protocols, advanced life support, and ICU management.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
