## Description

-   Lead and motivate a high-performing outbound sales team.

-   Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

-   Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.

-   Ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

-   Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to maximize team productivity.

## Requirements

-   2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO

-   Experience in **US Outbound Sales**

-   **B2C sales experience preferred**

-   Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills

-   Excellent communication and target-driven approach
