**Palantir Platform Engineer - Active TS/SCI with FSP**

**Location**: Herndon, VA

**Clearance Required**: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)

**Position Type**: Full-Time, On-Site

**Salary Range**: $210,000 – $250,000

**Description**

We are seeking a Palantir Platform Engineer to support mission-focused work. Customizes and integrates enterprise data workflows, ontology structures, and analytics tools within the Palantir ecosystem to accelerate data conditioning and observability. The position requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).

**Primary Responsibilities**

-   Build, connect, and optimize custom ETL workflows and conditioners within Palantir Foundry.
-   Design and refine data ontologies and data structures to represent complex domain relationships.
-   Leverage AI and automation to enhance data pipeline speed, quality validation, and governance.
-   Ensure end-to-end data transformation visibility and integrate conditioned datasets into downstream analytics tools.

## Requirements

**Minimum Qualifications:**

-   Palantir Foundry
-   Ontology & Data Ontology
-   Building & integrating ETL Pipelines
-   PySpark & Python
-   Logging & Monitoring solutions
-   Data Governance best practices
-   DevOps methodologies
-   AI-augmented data pipelines
-   Validation of data products
-   Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) required.
-   Must work on-site in Herndon, VA.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Connecting ETL conditioners to Palantir tooling
-   Increasing observability & accelerating data conditioning
-   End-to-end data transformation insight
-   Integrating validated products into analytics tools

Salary for this position is determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific budget considerations.

Proposed Salary Range: $210,000 – $250,000
