## Description

**This opportunity is open exclusively to European-based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai.**

A leading healthcare facility is seeking a **Specialist Hand Surgeon** to provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with disorders, injuries, and deformities of the hand, wrist, and upper extremity. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage traumatic, congenital, degenerative, and reconstructive conditions, perform advanced surgical procedures, and collaborate with orthopedic, plastic surgery, rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The specialist will also contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuous professional development

## Requirements

-   Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
-   Recognized Specialist Qualification in **Orthopedic Surgery** or **Plastic Surgery** with **Fellowship or subspecialty training in Hand Surgery**.
-   Minimum **3–5 years of post-specialty experience** preferred.
-   Expertise in hand and wrist trauma, microsurgery, tendon and nerve repair, peripheral nerve surgery, congenital hand disorders, arthritis surgery, reconstructive procedures, and upper limb surgery.
-   Experience in microsurgical techniques and complex limb reconstruction is highly desirable.
-   Strong communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
-   Commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical governance, research, and continuous professional development.
