Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer Swedish Speaking Customer Support positions based in Sofia, providing a unique opportunity to work and live in this vibrant city. We are looking for fluent Swedish speakers who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. In this role, you will interact with Swedish-speaking clients, providing them with timely and effective support to ensure a positive experience.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer support to Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and online chat channels.
-   Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information promptly and accurately.
-   Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems with a customer-centric approach.
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-   Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-   Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with customer support software is beneficial.
-   Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
