**Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)**

**Location:** Oregon  
**Work Setting:** Telehealth / Remote  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**About the Position**

We’re hiring Oregon-licensed LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCs to provide full-time mental health care through telehealth. You’ll work directly with clients who need support with emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life challenges, providing consistent therapy from assessment through ongoing treatment.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Meet with clients virtually for individual psychotherapy sessions
-   Evaluate presenting concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment needs
-   Build practical treatment plans with measurable clinical goals
-   Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on each client’s condition and progress
-   Identify and diagnose behavioral health conditions within your professional scope
-   Review client outcomes and modify care plans when clinically appropriate
-   Maintain complete and timely progress notes, assessments, and other required records
-   Recognize safety concerns and follow established risk assessment and crisis protocols
-   Protect client privacy and follow Oregon licensing, telehealth, and professional practice standards

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related clinical field
-   Active and unrestricted Oregon license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
-   Previous experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services
-   Experience with clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
-   Knowledge of professional ethics, confidentiality, and mandated reporting requirements
-   Strong written, verbal, and clinical documentation skills
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-   Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
