## Description

**Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS)** is seeking an experienced and results-driven **Finance Manager** to lead the company's financial operations and support strategic business growth.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
-   Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
-   Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control initiatives.
-   Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including ZATCA, GOSI, WPS, and other statutory requirements.
-   Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
-   Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
-   Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
-   Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
-   Support business planning, investment decisions, and operational performance improvement.

### **Requirements**

-   Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-   Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
-   Minimum **5 years of experience** in finance and accounting, including at least **2 years in a managerial role**.
-   Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and payroll practices.
-   Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
-   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
-   Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
-   Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
