As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Portuguese-speaking customers with inquiries and issues related to their Fitbit devices. You will play a crucial role in helping users get the most out of their fitness products while ensuring a positive customer experience.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
-   Troubleshoot technical issues related to Fitbit products and services
-   Guide users through product features and best usage practices
-   Document customer interactions comprehensively in our support system
-   Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues effectively
-   Promote user engagement and satisfaction by providing helpful insights and solutions

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
