Reporting directly to the Director of Ecommerce & Digital, you will work closely under his guidance to help the team move faster by keeping our ecommerce performance data clean and timely, and by handling the coordination and analytical groundwork that our social commerce growth agenda requires.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will not be setting the strategy, but you will be close to it; gathering the data that informs decisions, coordinating the moving parts across teams, and helping to build the analytical foundations of a channel we are growing from scratch.

It is a strong fit for a fresh graduate or junior analyst with a data analytics background who is eager to learn in a fast-moving commercial environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and takes pride in doing the detail work well.

**Responsibilities**

**Ecommerce Analytics Support**

-   Compile and maintain the weekly (WoW) and monthly (MoM) ecommerce performance reports across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, under the Director's review and sign-off.
-   Extract and clean data from platform dashboards and internal BI tools; flag anomalies or trends for the Director's attention.
-   Build and maintain performance trackers and dashboards that give the team visibility into key metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and sell-through.
-   Support the design and tracking of test & learn experiments; documenting hypotheses, pulling results, and preparing summary reports for the Director's review.

**Social Commerce Coordination & Analytics**

-   Assist the Director in coordinating PRISM+'s social commerce growth agenda across Marketing, PR, Sales, and Content teams - scheduling meetings, maintaining project trackers, following up on action items, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
-   Build and maintain the analytics tracking for TikTok Shop and live commerce - capturing content performance, livestream metrics, and campaign results in structured formats.
-   Conduct structured analysis to help answer the questions the Director is prioritising, including - Which content formats (reviews, demos, unboxing) are driving the best engagement and conversion, which livestreamer profiles are delivering the best audience fit and ROI, what time slots and session lengths are correlated with higher viewership and sales?
-   Prepare analysis decks and data summaries that the Director can use for internal presentations and stakeholder reviews.
-   Help document learnings and processes as the social commerce programme develops, contributing to the team's growing knowledge base.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
-   Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. Comfortable building structured trackers, pivot tables, and summary reports
-   Detail-oriented and reliable: the kind of person who checks their numbers twice and flags issues proactively
-   Clear communicator who can summarise data findings in plain English for non-technical stakeholders
-   Organised and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams with regular check-ins
-   Curious about ecommerce, social media, and consumer behaviour
-   Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
-   Basic SQL or Python for data extraction
-   Prior internship in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail analytics
-   An active TikTok user with an intuitive feel for what makes content perform
