## Description

Mercier Consultancy Group is currently hiring a German Speaking Reservations Agent to support Booking.com operations while working remotely from Greece. This position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the opportunity to contribute to a leading global online travel platform, delivering outstanding customer service to German-speaking travelers.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist German-speaking customers with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat.
-   Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties, rates, and Booking.com policies.
-   Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
-   Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Keep thorough records of customer interactions using Booking.com's reservation system.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Comfortable using online booking platforms and CRM systems.
-   Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
-   Self-motivated with excellent time management skills suitable for remote work.
-   Located in Greece or willing to work remotely from Greece.
