Our client (that's dominating the lighting space) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Performance Marketing Specialist** to join the team!

This company is a fast-growing premium outdoor lighting & heater brand expanding globally!

"We are brand experts with a strong skill set in product innovation and brand building. We have high ambitions for our rapidly growing brand. We are looking for a driven Performance Marketing Specialist (2+ years experience) to help scale our paid media efforts. You will work closely with our Creative Strategist and directly with our CMO, gaining hands-on mentorship while playing a key role in growing the brand across multiple markets."

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Launch and optimise Meta ad campaigns
-   Scale winning campaigns within CPA and MER targets
-   Analyse creative performance and provide testing insights
-   Write and iterate ad copy (Headlines & Primary texts)
-   Build and optimise advertorials and pre-landers with in-house designer
-   Track, analyse and report on key growth metrics
-   Assist with Pinterest and TikTok ad expansion
-   Ensure accurate tracking, UTMs and attribution setup
-   Support structured creative testing roadmap with Creative Strategist
