We are looking for a highly analytical and product-driven professional to build and lead the Product Analytics function from the ground up across a multi-product ecosystem. This is a zero-to-one opportunity where you will define how products are measured, how data is captured, and how analytics drives decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to establish a strong analytics foundation that powers user engagement, retention, and monetization. You will be responsible for designing measurement frameworks, building scalable analytics infrastructure, and enabling teams to make data-driven product decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating systems from scratch rather than inheriting existing dashboards.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

- Define and implement measurement frameworks across multiple product lines
- Identify key metrics for activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and feature adoption
- Build event tracking architecture, user identification systems, and funnel instrumentation
- Establish data governance standards, taxonomy, and naming conventions
- Select and implement the product analytics stack including CDP, data warehouse, and BI tools
- Develop scalable data models to support analytics and reporting needs
- Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and track product performance
- Build self-serve dashboards and reporting systems for stakeholders and leadership
- Generate proactive insights, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for product improvement
- Translate business questions into structured data analysis and actionable recommendations
- Drive a data-first culture by enabling teams to use analytics effectively in decision-making
- Contribute to scaling the analytics function, including processes and future team building

**What Makes You a Great Fit**

- 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Data Analytics
- Proven experience in building or transforming analytics functions and measurement systems
- Strong hands-on expertise with analytics tools such as Segment, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker)
- Deep understanding of event tracking, user behavior analysis, funnels, and cohort analysis
- Strong product thinking with the ability to link business goals to data insights
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building structured solutions from scratch
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in consumer tech, SaaS, media, gaming, or digital platforms is a plus
- Exposure to personalization, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics is an added advantage
