### Junior Health & Safety Advisor

**Reporting To:** Health & Safety Manager

**Location:** Greater Frankfurt Area, Germany

**Working Pattern:** Rotation-based role on major construction projects across Germany and Europe.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a **Junior Health & Safety Advisor** to join our team and support the safe delivery of major construction projects in Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Health & Safety professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced international construction environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety procedures on site.
-   Assist with site inspections, audits and safety observations.
-   Help ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and local regulations.
-   Support the preparation and review of risk assessments, method statements and safety documentation.
-   Monitor site activities and report any unsafe acts or conditions.
-   Assist with accident, incident and near-miss investigations.
-   Deliver site inductions and support toolbox talks where required.
-   Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and reports.
-   Work closely with site management teams, subcontractors and operatives to promote a positive safety culture.

## Requirements

-   NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification is mandatory.
-   Degree, diploma or qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management or a related discipline would be advantageous.
-   1+ years' experience in a construction, Health & Safety or site-based role.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Good organisational and administrative abilities.
-   Ability to work confidently with site teams and subcontractors.
-   Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
-   Knowledge of construction Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice.
-   Fluent English is essential.
-   Full, clean driving licence.
-   Willingness to work on a rotation basis and travel as required across Germany and Europe.
-   Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in Germany and the European Union. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
