### **Position Overview:**

As a **Service Coordinator**, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, service teams, and dealerships in **German- and Lithuanian-speaking** regions. Your role will be to manage service requests, ensure seamless communication, and coordinate repair and maintenance appointments. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients have a smooth and hassle-free experience.

This is a **hybrid role**, allowing you the flexibility of working **2 days in the office** in Ghent and **3 days remotely**, providing an ideal balance between teamwork and autonomy.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Serve as the main point of contact for **German- and Lithuanian-speaking customers**, responding to service inquiries, scheduling maintenance, and handling complaints.
-   Coordinate service appointments and repairs, liaising between customers and dealerships.
-   Ensure timely communication between all stakeholders, including customers, technical teams, and service departments.
-   Track and manage the status of **service requests**, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
-   Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.
-   Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution.
-   Keep customers informed of the progress of their service requests.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and services performed in our CRM system.
-   Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing feedback and suggestions with internal teams.

### **Qualifications:**

-   **Fluency in German and Lithuanian** (written and spoken) is essential.
-   Previous experience in **customer service, service coordination, or a related role** is a strong advantage.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and solving problems efficiently.
-   A background or interest in the **automotive industry** is a plus, but not required.
-   Proficiency with **CRM systems** and general office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
