Job Description: Senior Backend Engineer  
  
We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and help build and scale reliable backend services for our growing platform.  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Design, develop, and maintain backend services with a focus on reliability and scalability.  
\- Work on APIs, ensuring robust and efficient communication between services.  
\- Enhance service reliability, observability, and performance.  
\- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions.  
\- Operate and improve microservices architecture in a distributed systems environment.  
  
Requirements:  
\- 3+ years of professional experience with Go or Python.  
\- Strong knowledge of distributed systems.  
\- Hands-on experience designing and operating microservices architecture.  
\- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
