**Salary range: Rs 420000 - Rs 480000 (ie INR 4.2 - 4.8 LPA)**

About the Role:

We are seeking a Foreign Accounting Executive to join our professional accounting team responsible for managing international financial operations spanning Canada, the USA, and India. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting expertise, strong analytical abilities, and be capable of efficiently handling financial records, compliance, reporting, and coordination tasks.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and accounting transactions
-   Oversee cash flow and manage all invoice-related financial matters
-   Provide support in budgeting and financial forecasting activities
-   Guarantee compliance with GST, taxation, and statutory regulations applicable in Canada, USA, and India
-   Collaborate with tax professionals and assist in tax planning efforts
-   Prepare various financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
-   Manage payroll processing while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
-   Implement and maintain internal controls and assist during financial audits
-   Compile and update daily Management Information System (MIS) reports
-   Address client inquiries and coordinate effectively with internal departments
-   Maintain accuracy, productivity, and ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks
-   Efficiently handle daily accounting and operational responsibilities

### Required Skills:

-   Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
-   Practical experience using Tally, Excel, and other accounting software
-   Knowledge of GST, Taxation, and Financial Compliance requirements
-   Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities
-   High numerical accuracy and proficiency in data management
-   Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a professional setting

### Candidate Profile:

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
-   At least 2.5 years of relevant accounting experience
-   Preference given to candidates with experience in foreign accounting or multi-country accounting procedures
-   Demonstrated stable employment history preferred
-   Detail-focused with strong organizational and planning skills
