As a Technical Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
-   Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or technician (minimum 5 years).
-   Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance operations.

-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
-   Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
-   Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
