## Description

The Winnipeg Football Club is looking for a Graphic Designer to help support the creative team and work on various internal design/web projects. In this role, you will work on a variety of deliverables to successfully convey our Winnipeg Blue Bombers by assessing needs, conceptualizing, designing, developing and presenting internal campaign creative and stadium marketing creative.

**To do so, the Junior Graphic Designer will:**

-   Support the marketing team in the design and execution of digital and printed material
-   Assist in designing and building web content, ensuring a great user experience
-   Design emails which are consistent with the Winnipeg Football brand style guidelines, including building with HTML/CSS
-   Prepare appropriate files for pre-press and production
-   Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
-   Maintain computer records/files that are clearly titled, archived and accessible to the team
-   Maintain and oversee brand guidelines and ensure brand standards are respected and applied to all graphic elements
-   Other duties as assigned

## Requirements

**Our ideal candidate has:**

Education

-   Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Multimedia or other relevant field.
-   Proficient in latest Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
-   Must have basic HTML and CSS experience
-   Strong creative, conceptualization and layout skills
-   Strong attention to detail (copy, grammar, layout composition, images, colour, etc)
-   Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced multi-project environment
-   Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
-   Meticulous and focused on details
-   Ability to work evenings and weekends as well as all Blue Bombers home games
