**Savings Administrator – 12 month Fixed Term Contract**

Our Savings Operations team plays a vital role in supporting our customers throughout their savings journey, ensuring every account is managed accurately, compliantly and with care.

**This role is based in Basingstoke working 5 days a week in the office.**

**The role and what you’ll lead and deliver:**

We're looking for a **Savings Administrator** to join our growing Operations team on a **12-month Fixed Term Contract** . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, working with accuracy and making a real difference behind the scenes.

As a key member of our Savings Operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting our savings customers through a wide range of administration activities, ensuring an excellent experience at every stage.

Key responsibilities include:

-   Processing savings administration tasks including account opening, customer onboarding, ISA processing, maturity and end-of-term activities, estate management and customer queries.
-   Managing ISA transfers and liaising with ISA plan managers to ensure transfers are completed within regulatory timeframes.
-   Handling customer enquiries through written correspondence and telephone contact where required.
-   Delivering excellent customer service and acting as a positive ambassador for the Castle Trust Bank brand.
-   Supporting process control reporting and operational oversight activities.
-   Reviewing and updating operational procedures to ensure they remain accurate and effective.
-   Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including BCOBS, GDPR, DISP and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).

**What you’ll bring:**

**Essential**

-   Significant experience working within an administration environment.
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-   A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
-   Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
-   A proactive approach to completing tasks and solving problems.
-   The ability to adapt positively to change and support continuous improvement initiatives.

**Desirable**

-   Proven experience working within Financial Services.
-   Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
