**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Intern** to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of critical, time-sensitive operational processes, such as managing and disputing errors Third-Party Delivery platforms. This is a great opportunity for an adaptable generalist with strong quantitative skills who wants hands-on experience in business operations and making an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.  
  

**Where you will create Impact**

-   Manage and execute time-sensitive daily operational tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
-   Monitor, identify, and promptly dispute errors on 3PD (Third-Party Delivery) platforms to protect company margins.
-   Take ownership of repetitive operational workflows, ensuring they are completed within strict deadlines.
-   Act as a reliable support system for the core operations team, enabling them to pivot their focus toward high-level strategic projects.
-   Identify basic opportunities to streamline and improve daily operational processes and efficiency.

## Requirements

Must-have Skills

-   Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with comfort working with numbers and data to accurately identify discrepancies.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage disputes and coordinate with internal teams or external platforms.
-   Generalist mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, learn new processes, and wear multiple hats comfortably.
-   Strong time management skills and reliability to handle time-bound, repetitive tasks consistently and on schedule.
-   Exceptional attention to detail for catching errors that others might miss.
-   Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.  
      
    

Good-to-have Skills

-   Familiarity with DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub platforms.
-   Prior internship experience in operations, business administration, or a related fast paced startup environment.
-   Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Google Workspace, and basic data handling.
