Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking HealthTech Support Specialist. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about helping others while engaging with cutting-edge technology in the healthcare field. As a HealthTech Support Specialist, you will provide expert assistance to Spanish-speaking clients utilizing health technology solutions, helping them navigate challenges and optimize their experiences.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding technical support to Spanish-speaking clients using HealthTech products via phone, email, and live chat.
-   Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues affecting health technology applications.
-   Assist clients in understanding product features and functionalities to enhance their usage and satisfaction.
-   Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
-   Work closely with the development and technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and share relevant feedback.
-   Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
-   Remain updated on industry trends, product developments, and advancements in health technology to provide informed support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Prior experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in the health technology or healthcare industry.
-   Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of health technology applications.
-   Exceptional customer service skills with an empathetic approach toward client challenges.
-   Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is a plus.
-   Capability to work autonomously in a remote work environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
-   A passion for continuous learning and professional growth within the health technology space.
