CURA of Watkins is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Day/Eve crew team! We are a 5 star CMS rated facility with multiple years of deficiency free MDH surveys. We take pride in the care we provide. Come join our amazing group of caregivers! **Not certified? No problem! We help you become certified and pay for classes and testing.**

In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients during our evening hours, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Our CNA positions are vital in monitoring patients and assisting with their needs while working collaboratively with nursing and healthcare teams. **CNA starting wage: $22.60 + experience!**

**Day shift is from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Evenings 2:00pm-10:30pm $3 shift diff. We can accommodate full-time or part-time availability.**

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, and toileting.
-   Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff promptly.
-   Ensure patient safety during evening hours and respond to call lights and patient requests timely.
-   Maintain a clean and safe patient environment consistent with infection control policies.
-   Document patient care activities accurately and communicate pertinent information during shift handovers.
-   Collaborate effectively with the nursing team to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.

## Requirements

-   Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification **or willing to enroll in CNA course (We offer Free CNA courses!)**
-   Strong observational and communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Compassionate, patient-centered approach with reliability and punctuality.
