## Description

A leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking for a:

### Data / Business Excellence Analyst

**Responsibilities:**

-   **Collect, consolidate and analyze commercial, CRM and customer data from multiple internal and external sources.**
-   Develop, maintain and continuously improve business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools using **Power BI**, SQL and other reporting platforms.
-   Transform complex datasets into clear business insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
-   Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer segmentation and commercial KPIs.
-   Monitor Sales Force Effectiveness indicators, identifying opportunities to improve field force productivity and execution.
-   Analyze CRM performance and customer engagement metrics, recommending initiatives to improve HCP interactions and omnichannel effectiveness.
-   Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Commercial Excellence teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analyses.
-   Design and automate recurring reports, dashboards and KPI monitoring tools.
-   Proactively identify trends, risks and business opportunities through advanced data analysis.
-   Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and business-oriented manner.
-   Support forecasting, territory analysis, targeting, incentive schemes and performance measurement.
-   Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across reporting systems.
-   Participate in digital transformation initiatives and continuously improve reporting processes through automation.

## Requirements

-   3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence or Sales Analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
-   **Advanced knowledge of Power BI.**
-   **Professionnal Background in the Pharmaceutical sector**
-   Strong SQL skills.
-   Advanced Excel skills.
-   Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva CRM or similar).
-   Strong understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness methodologies and commercial KPIs.
-   Experience analyzing customer engagement and omnichannel performance.
-   Ability to transform business questions into analytical models and actionable recommendations.
-   Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities.
-   Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-   Fluent English
