## Description

Remote Recruitment is looking for an Appointment Setter to support a UK sales team, working fully remotely from South Africa. This is a 100% remote role focused on booking quality appointments that keep the sales pipeline full.

**Role overview**

You'll reach out to prospects, spark interest and book them in for meetings with the sales team. It's a great fit for someone who is comfortable on the phone and motivated by hitting targets.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Contact prospects by phone and email to introduce the company
-   Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
-   Keep the CRM up to date with notes and next steps
-   Follow up consistently to secure confirmed meetings
-   Work to weekly booking targets with support from your team lead

**What you'll need**

-   Experience in appointment setting, telesales or lead generation
-   Clear, confident spoken and written English
-   Familiarity with CRM and dialler tools
-   A self-motivated, goal-driven approach
-   A reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

**What's on offer**

Salary of R15,000 to R20,000 per month, depending on experience, plus the chance to earn more as you hit targets. Working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday. Join a friendly team with real training and steady work from home.
