**Annual Pay Range: $70-85k + uncapped commission**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to help grow our RV graphics business by developing relationships with RV manufacturers, OEM suppliers, and industry partners. This role focuses on selling vinyl graphics, decals, branding elements, and related products that help define and differentiate RV brands in the marketplace.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced sales professional or a successful industry professional who has built strong relationships within the RV market and is interested in transitioning into a sales-focused role.

**What You'll Do...**

-   Develop and maintain relationships with RV manufacturers and key industry contacts.
-   Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the RV market.
-   Expand existing customer relationships while aggressively pursuing new accounts.
-   Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
-   Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.
-   Collaborate with internal design, production, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful project execution.
-   Network throughout the RV industry, including OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers that provide components such as windows, HVAC systems, lighting, and other products used in RV manufacturing.
-   Utilize proven sales processes to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
-   Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.

## Requirements

**Qualifications..**

-   Sales professionals currently selling products, materials, or services into the RV market.
-   Individuals working for suppliers or vendors serving RV manufacturers.
-   Project Managers, General Managers, Operations Leaders, Purchasing Professionals, or other industry experts looking to transition into a business development or sales role.
-   Professionals with strong industry contacts who understand how RV manufacturers operate and make purchasing decisions.

**Preferred Qualifications...**

-   Experience in the RV, manufacturing, supplier, graphics, printing, or related industries.
-   Existing relationships within the RV industry and surrounding supplier network.
-   Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
-   Ability to identify new opportunities and develop long-term customer partnerships.
-   Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently.
-   Experience managing customer accounts, projects, or business relationships.

**Essential Functions/Physical Demands**

This role requires regular communication, both verbal and written, and frequent use of hands for computer and office equipment. The position may involve occasional standing, walking, or lifting up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision with the ability to adjust focus. Intermediate to advanced technical aptitude is required.
