\*\*Office Location:\*\* Tai Seng  
  
\*\*Working Hours:\*\*  
\- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm  
\- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm  
  
\*\*Salary & Benefits:\*\*  
\- Basic Salary: Up to $6,000 (commensurate with experience)

\*\*Job Responsibilities:\*\*  
\- Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.  
\- Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.  
\- Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.  
\- Oversee projects and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.  
\- Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and regulatory specifications.  
\- Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.  
  
\*\*Job Requirements:\*\*  
\- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.  
\- Possess a Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.  
\- Proficient in basic Autocad software.  
\- Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.  
\- Able to handle construction projects with commitment and dedication.  
\- Good communication and written skills.  
\- Required skill: Proficient in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
