## Description

**Enclave Real Estate** is expanding its Dubai team and looking for experienced **Off-Plan Property Consultants** to join our growing operation.

We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with proven experience in **Dubai off-plan real estate**, strong sales skills and the ability to work with fresh leads and investment-focused clients.

**Dubai-based candidates only. Proven Dubai/UAE real estate experience is required.**

## Requirements

-   Minimum **1 year of experience** in Dubai/UAE real estate or property sales
-   Proven experience in **off-plan property sales**
-   Strong knowledge of Dubai developers and new property launches
-   Proven sales track record
-   Experience working with fresh leads and investor clients
-   Strong understanding of the **Dubai property market**
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-   Strong client acquisition and conversion skills
-   Valid UAE driving license
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
