**Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant**

**Location:** Hillsborough, NJ  
**Position:** Full-Time | Outpatient Clinic  
**Schedule:** M–F, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Compensation:** $70K–$80K/year DOE + Benefits

**Job Summary**  
The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans in an outpatient setting. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, this role provides direct patient care with an emphasis on therapeutic exercise, functional movement training, and treatment progression. The position also includes observing patient response, communicating updates to the supervising therapist, and ensuring documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

**Responsibilities**

-   Assist with patient treatment sessions
-   Lead prescribed exercises and activities
-   Track patient performance and response
-   Document care and progress notes
-   Support clinic organization and workflow

## Requirements

-   Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
-   Active New Jersey PTA license
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   Strong communication and organizational skills
