As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a versatile designer who can support a wide range of corporate, B2B, digital, web, and print design needs. The team values independence, ownership, adaptability, and a strong interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows.

### About the Role

Our client is looking for a **Senior Graphic Designer** who can take ownership of a broad range of design needs across the business.

The ideal candidate is someone who can take complex or information-heavy content and turn it into polished, professional, easy-to-understand visual communication. Strong corporate and B2B design experience is particularly important for this role.

This is a **versatile, hands-on design role** covering a mix of digital, web, corporate, print, and branding work. We’re looking for a **well-rounded designer** who enjoys variety, can move between different types of projects, and is comfortable working across multiple areas of design.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Digital & Marketing Design** — Create social media graphics, LinkedIn ads, display ads, web banners, and other digital marketing assets while keeping everything clear, engaging, and on-brand.
-   **Web & HubSpot Design** — Create and update landing pages and marketing pages using WordPress and Elementor, as well as emails and other marketing assets in HubSpot. Handle basic design and website updates when needed.
-   **Corporate & B2B Design** — Create polished business materials such as PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, Word templates, proposals, and information-heavy documents, turning complex information into clear and professional visuals.
-   **Print & Event Design** — Design flyers, posters, trade show graphics, banners, T-shirts, and other branded materials, adapting designs for different physical formats and print requirements.
-   **Branding & Design Systems** — Help maintain a consistent visual identity across channels, keep brand guidelines and templates organized, and contribute to branding or rebranding projects as they come up.
-   **AI & Design Productivity** — Incorporate tools such as Claude, Gemini, GPT, and AI image-generation platforms into everyday design workflows, while exploring practical ways to make creative production more efficient.
-   **Collaboration & Ownership** — Manage multiple projects and priorities, communicate clearly with the team, adapt to changing needs, and take projects from brief to final delivery with a practical, independent approach.

## Requirements

Requirements

-   **4+ years of professional graphic design experience**
-   Strong experience with **corporate and B2B marketing design**
-   Portfolio demonstrating versatility and range, including examples such as:

-   Creative projects that showcase strong visual design skills.
-   **Corporate/B2B examples**, such as presentations, one-pagers, marketing collateral, and business documents.
-   Designs that balance **visual appeal, clarity, and functionality**.

-   Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual consistency
-   Experience working with existing brand guidelines and applying them consistently
-   Strong proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite**, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
-   Experience with **Figma**
-   Experience with **WordPress and Elementor**, including basic website troubleshooting
-   Experience designing landing pages and emails in **HubSpot**
-   Comfortable using and learning AI tools as part of the design process
-   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-   Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
-   Excellent attention to detail
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
-   Strong written and verbal English communication skills
-   Ability to work full-time within approximately **2 hours of U.S. Mountain Time**

**100% Remote Opportunity**

**Salary:** starting at $3,000 USD per month, with flexibility for higher offers depending on depth of experience.

**Work Schedule:** Full-time, 40 hours per week. Preferred schedule is around **9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time.**
