**About the Role:**  
We are seeking a **Physical Therapist (PT)** to provide **in-home therapy** to **pediatric clients (ages 0–18)**. You'll work closely with families to help children reach functional milestones in mobility, strength, balance, and independence—all within the comfort of their home environment.

**Compensation & Scheduling:**

-   **Competitive Pay:** $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
-   **Start of Care Visits:** Up to $120 per SOC visit
-   **Part-Time Availability:** 10–20 visits per week

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
-   Provide therapy that supports developmental milestones and functional mobility
-   Educate and support families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
-   Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
-   Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations

## Requirements

-   A doctoral degree in physical therapy (PT)
-   Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of Colorado
-   Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
-   Valid driver's license and auto insurance
-   A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred, but not required
