WINGS ICT Solutions is expanding!  
  
WINGS is looking for an experienced professional Project Delivery Manager to join the team and lead the successful delivery of large-scale projects in both private and public sector engagements.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project scope, timelines, and risks, and ensure high-quality delivery, leveraging a solid technical background to effectively bridge business and engineering teams.

## Requirements

**Educational requirements**

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field. Master’s degree will be a plus.

**Essential skills**

-   **5+ years of proven experience** in project delivery roles in ICT projects or public sector projects
-   Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into project requirements and product deliverables
-   Proven experience in team and people management, including task allocation and monitoring cross-functional teams
-   Experience in vendor and contract management.
-   Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies
-   Solid technical background with the ability to understand architectures, integrations, and technical constraints
-   Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira)
-   Ability to manage scope, timelines, resources and stakeholders effectively, while coordinating and organizing cross-functional teams, including installation and hardware teams, to ensure smooth project delivery
-   Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be considered as a plus
-   Familiarity with quality assurance processes and aftersales operations, ensuring high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction

-   Fluent in Greek and English Language

-   Flexibility, enthusiasm, positive attitude
-   Highly detail oriented, self-motivated, self-managed and organized
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
