## Description

### _Job Summary_

We are looking for a talented and motivated Front-End Developer to join our E-Trading application development team. This is a hands-on role focused on building and enhancing Web UI modules for our in-house FX Ecommerce platform.

You will work closely with back-end developers and business stakeholders to deliver high-performance, user-friendly interfaces that support the Technology function in the bank.

### _Key Responsibilities_

-   Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, and Node.js.
-   Collaborate closely with back-end developers to implement seamless client-server API interactions on the Web UI.
-   Participate in peer code and design reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
-   Work alongside Business Analysts and Project Managers to translate requirements into functional features.
-   Handle code deployments, releases, and other operational tasks on a rotational basis, with a strong emphasis on automation and continuous improvement of the build and deployment processes.
-   Optionally, present system demos to business users to showcase features and gather feedback.

### _Key Requirements_

-   Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly ReactJS.
-   Familiarity with agent-based coding assistant tools is a plus.
-   Experience or familiarity with RESTful API development using Java or similar frameworks is a plus.
-   Comfortable using tools such as Bitbucket (Git), Jira, and Confluence.
-   Understanding of UI component libraries and design systems like Material UI and Ant Design.
-   Knowledge of Node.js, npm, Webpack, Vite and other front-end build tools.
-   Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
-   Financial domain experience is optional, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
