## Description

### Responsibility

### Asset Management & Financial Operations

-   Manage and maintain the Technology Group’s asset register, ensuring accurate tracking, classification, depreciation, and compliance with accounting policies.
-   Oversee asset lifecycle operations including procurement, registration, transfers, disposals, write-offs, stock takes, inspections, and asset tagging.
-   Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including invoice processing, billing, collections, and vendor payment coordination.
-   Support financial year-end closing activities including accrual management, depreciation completion, and audit preparation.
-   Prepare financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking for management decision-making.

### Office Management & Operational Support

-   Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient and well-organised workplace environment.
-   Oversee office supplies, pantry, mails, inventory, facilities, seating arrangements, renovations, and workspace management.
-   Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial governance standards.

### Change Management & Digital Transformation

-   Support and drive organisational transformation and change management initiatives across finance, asset, and office management functions.
-   Assess impacts of operational and system changes on stakeholders, processes, and workflows.
-   Identify automation and digital transformation opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
-   Develop communication materials, stakeholder engagement plans, and training programmes to support adoption of new systems and processes.
-   Support implementation and sustainable adoption of new tools, systems, and workflows.

## Requirements

### Must Have

-   Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
-   At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance and office administration functions.
-   Hands-on experience in asset management and Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR).
-   Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, accrual management, and audit coordination.
-   Familiarity with financial operations, compliance controls, and operational governance.
-   Strong organisational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
-   Experience in automation, business transformation, process re-engineering, and change management.

### Good to Have

-   Experience in finance data analysis and visualisation.
-   Familiarity with AI tools, Workday, AMS systems, and Canva.
-   Experience in office and facilities management.
-   Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and operational automation projects.
-   Experience developing training materials, communication plans, or organisational engagement initiatives.
-   Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
