**What do we do?**  
Join the Exoticca Product team, a young and dynamic team working to create and improve travel experiences around the world. Based in Barcelona and working in a multicultural environment, the Product team develops new destination offers and improves existing ones through research, analysis, collaboration with our partners and attention to the details that make a great travel experience.  
  
**Be part of a team where you will:**  
● Support the Product team in the creation and update of travel packages in our internal systems.  
● Help maintain and update information about destinations, hotels, activities, flights and other travel services.  
● Support the team in checking that prices, product information and other details are correctly configured.  
● Assist with reviewing and improving the quality of our travel products before and after publication.  
● Help with daily follow-up and communication with internal teams and, progressively, with travel suppliers.  
● Support the Product team with research on destinations, hotels, activities and travel trends.  
● Collaborate with Product Brand, Flights, Sales and Customer Service teams when needed.  
● Help with different administrative and operational tasks related to the product creation process.  
● Learn how Exoticca manages travel products using its internal systems and different digital tools.

## Requirements

● Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Tourism Management, Hospitality or a related field.  
● Ideally in the last years of the degree and looking for an internship that can be combined with their studies.  
● Genuine interest in the tourism and travel industry, particularly in tour operation and travel products.  
● Good level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.  
● Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.  
● Organised and comfortable working with different tasks and deadlines.  
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.  
● Comfortable learning and using new digital tools and systems.  
● Good communication and teamwork skills.  
● Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility as they gain experience.  
● Passionate about travel and interested in discovering new destinations.  
  
Previous professional experience is not required. Previous internships or academic projects related to tourism, travel agencies or tour operators will be considered a plus.
