### **About the Role**

The company is not a rigid, single-vendor corporate shop. Our network is a high-performance, agile environment built on a specialized mix of **MikroTik, Arista, and white-box routing solutions (FRR)**.

The client is looking for an **Infrastructure Network Engineer** who loves the freedom of working across a diverse technical ecosystem and takes genuine ownership of a national and international footprint. If you are tired of just pushing standard templates and want to actively design, scale, and document a growing network, this is your role.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   **Telemetry & Observability:** Own our network monitoring platform (**LibreNMS**). You will ensure 100% visibility of all network elements, tune alerting to eliminate noise, and build dashboards that accurately reflect real-time network state.
-   **Multi-Vendor Operations:** Move fluidly between hands-on configuration, complex fault resolution, and daily platform management across **MikroTik (RouterOS), Arista (EOS), and FRR**.
-   **Traffic & Capacity Engineering:** Conduct capacity planning and traffic optimization to ensure our national and international network infrastructure scales seamlessly ahead of business growth.
-   **Proactive Risk Management:** Act as the first line of defense—identifying infrastructure risks, securing network elements, and resolving issues before they become stakeholder-impacting incidents.
-   **Documentation Culture:** Keep stakeholders informed and maintain pristine network documentation, diagrams, and topology maps (because if it isn't documented, it isn't done).
