**Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a Elkhorn, WI manufacturing client, is seeking qualified Production Workers to join their team on 1st shift!**

**Long-Term Temp to Hire Opportunities**

1st shift: 6 am - 2 pm; Monday-Friday

Wage: $20 per hour

**Job Summary**

Seeking a skill and dedicated Production Worker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling heavy steel components, inspecting parts and following work instructions.

## Requirements

**Responsibilities**

-   Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
-   Assemble and process heavy-equipment components.
-   Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
-   Inspect parts for quality and report defects.
-   Use basic measuring tools and production equipment.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-   Work as part of a manufacturing team and meet production goals.
-   Safely handle heavy materials, potentially using lifting equipment.

**Qualifications**

-   Manufacturing experience is helpful
-   Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools.
-   Ability to read basic work instructions.
-   Good attendance and reliability.
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work.
-   Ability to safely lift/handle materials.
