### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional product support for Fitbit devices to Italian-speaking customers via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
-   Guide customers in utilizing Fitbit products to enhance their user experience.
-   Document customer interactions and solutions accurately using CRM tools.
-   Collaborate closely with other teams to escalate complex issues and drive improvements.
-   Stay informed on new product features and updates through regular training sessions.

## Requirements

-   Native-level fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong technical interest and ability to understand wearable technology.
-   Prior experience in product support or customer service roles is beneficial.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation costs fully covered.
-   Result-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
