Job Description – Strategic Research & Market Development

We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful team member who can lead research, extract insights, and turn them into strategic actions to grow our brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

\- **Product Research & Formula Analysis:**

**\- Customer Insight Research:**

Understand target customers by analyzing reviews, feedback, behavior, and needs. Identify pain points and develop ideas to improve products and messaging.

**\- Competitive & Brand Research:**

Study competitor brands—pricing, packaging, positioning, marketing tactics, and sales channels. Analyze their strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities we can leverage.

**\- Marketing & Trend Research:**

Identify what's working across digital platforms, influencer trends, buyer behavior, and branding techniques relevant to our niche.

**\- Market Expansion:**

Find and research new marketplaces, distributors, retail opportunities, and global expansion options. Understand entry requirements and recommend high-potential targets.

-   Someone who knows how & has experience with doing research and learn new stuff himself/with training when needed.
-   Experienced with amazon product research and listing. 
-   Experienced with finding suppliers when needed
