**Are you a licensed insurance salesperson who knows how to follow up and close?**

The Jennifer Haring Agency is looking for a bilingual Personal Lines Producer to join our growing Farmers Insurance agency in Fort Worth.

**This is a true sales role focused on new business.**

Our service team handles renewals, billing questions, policy changes, and customer service after the sale so you can focus on what you do best: selling.

**Products Include**

-   Auto
-   Home
-   Renters
-   Condo
-   Umbrella
-   Motorcycle
-   RV
-   Boat
-   Life Insurance (if properly licensed)

## Requirements

This is not a cold-call-only position, but outbound follow-up and pipeline management are major parts of the role.

-   Quote and sell Farmers personal lines products
-   Follow up by phone, text, and email
-   Work agency opportunities and referrals
-   Contact prior clients and prior quote opportunities
-   Generate cross-sell opportunities
-   Generate Life Insurance opportunities if properly licensed
-   Maintain an organized pipeline
-   Meet quoting, activity, and production goals
-   Collect documents needed to bind new policies
-   **Active Texas Property & Casualty License REQUIRED**
-   **Fluent in English and Spanish REQUIRED**
-   Life & Health License preferred, but not required
-   Sales experience preferred
-   Insurance sales experience preferred
-   Organized and able to manage a pipeline
-   Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale
-   Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
-   Strong communication skills
