## Description

**Job Summary**:

To support the centralized IT PMO in ensuring compliance with PMO governance, enhancing project delivery processes, and enabling data-driven decision making through effective reporting and tool management.

**\*Key Responsibilities:\***

\- \*PMO Governance & Compliance:\* Review projects for compliance with PMO policies, standards, and stage-gate processes; conduct health checks and assurance reviews.

\- \*Process & Risk Support:\* Support Project Managers in adoption of PMO processes, risk/issue management, lessons learned, and corrective actions.

\- \*PMO Tool Ownership:\* Administer and manage the PMO tool (Asana), including configuration, user access, templates, workflows, and training.

\- \*Reporting & Insights:\* Develop and maintain meaningful PMO dashboards and reports for IT Management and PMs - covering portfolio status, risks, resources, milestones, and KPIs.

\- \*Continuous Improvement:\* Contribute to improvement of PMO frameworks, templates, and reporting standards.

## Requirements

\***Requirements**:\*

\- 5 years of experience in PMO / Project Analyst role within IT

\- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

\- Hands-on experience with PMO tools, preferably \*Asana\* - including reporting and portfolio management

\- Proven experience in project compliance reviews, risk management, and process support

\- Advanced skills in reporting & analytics - Excel, Power BI / Asana Dashboards

\- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

\- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. PMP / PRINCE2 / P3O is a plus
