As an **LSA Engineer**, you will develop the maintenance concepts, supportability analyses and logistics engineering data that ensure our products remain reliable, maintainable and mission ready throughout their entire lifecycle. Working alongside engineering, programme management and Integrated Logistics Support teams, you will contribute to creating structured, traceable and effective support solutions that directly influence the operational success of our platforms.

As our Integrated Logistics Support capability continues to grow, you will help establish Logistics Support Analysis processes aligned with S3000L and S4000P principles while gaining broad exposure to maintenance engineering, reliability, maintainability and lifecycle support within a fast growing aerospace and defense environment.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Conduct Logistics Support Analysis activities in accordance with S3000L principles and programme requirements
-   Support the development and maintenance of maintenance concepts for supported systems and products
-   Define and maintain Operator-Level Maintenance (OLM), Intermediate-Level Maintenance (ILM) and Depot-Level Maintenance (DLM) boundaries
-   Perform and support Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) and other supportability analyses
-   Develop and maintain Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
-   Develop and maintain Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) outputs
-   Support Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Supportability (RAMS) assessments including MTBF, MTTR and Operational Availability analyses
-   Develop maintenance plans and maintenance task requirements to support operational objectives
-   Support the identification of support equipment, tooling, facilities and personnel requirements
-   Develop supportability requirements for new products and programmes
-   Provide maintenance planning and supportability data to Technical Publications, Training, Supply Support and In-Service Support teams
-   Support the assessment of engineering changes and design modifications to determine their impact on maintenance concepts and support solutions
-   Participate in design reviews to ensure supportability requirements are incorporated throughout product development
-   Develop and maintain LSA records, supportability databases and analysis outputs
-   Help maintain relationships between engineering data, maintenance requirements, training requirements and provisioning information.

## Requirements

**What You’ll Need**

-   Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Defence Technology, Logistics or a related discipline
-   1 to 5 years of experience in Logistics Support Analysis, Supportability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field
-   Practical experience with Logistics Support Analysis methodologies and S3000L and S4000P principles
-   Understanding of maintenance concept development and maintenance task determination processes
-   Knowledge of FMECA, RCM, LORA and other supportability analysis techniques
-   Familiarity with reliability and maintainability concepts including MTBF, MTTR and Operational Availability
-   Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams
-   Professional proficiency in English

**Nice to have**

-   Experience within aerospace, defense, UAV or other high technology engineering environments
-   Practical experience with ASD S-Series specifications, particularly S3000L and S4000P
-   Exposure to supportability analysis techniques such as FMECA, RCM, LORA or RAMS assessments
-   Experience with LSA databases, supportability tools or structured engineering data management
-   Experience contributing to the development or improvement of engineering processes
-   Knowledge of maintenance planning and lifecycle support methodologies
-   Familiarity with military or aerospace maintenance environments
-   Understanding of provisioning, training analysis and technical publications within an Integrated Logistics Support framework
