## Description

99BrightMinds is seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer (BAU) to support and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring platform stability, data integrity, and seamless business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Salesforce products, and the ability to deliver timely support and continuous improvements.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
-   Hands-on experience with one or more Salesforce products, including:

-   Sales Cloud
-   Service Cloud
-   Data Cloud
-   Marketing Cloud

-   Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Experience managing support requests and working within SLA-driven environments.
-   Understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, and data management best practices.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
-   Must be based in Jordan, Egypt, or India.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Salesforce Administrator certification or other Salesforce certifications.
-   Experience with incident management and IT service management processes.
-   Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
-   Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
