**Position Overview:**

We are looking for a **Client Acquisition Specialist (Setter / Opener)** to generate new opportunities by connecting with homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is a **field-based, entry-to-mid level sales role** focused on **lead generation and appointment setting**, not management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Engage with homeowners in assigned areas (door-to-door outreach)
-   Generate **qualified leads** and set appointments for the sales team
-   Clearly communicate the value of our services to potential clients
-   Track your daily activity and performance
-   Represent the company with professionalism and energy in the field

## Requirements

-   Strong **communication skills** and confidence speaking with people
-   Self-motivated and **goal-driven mindset**
-   Comfortable working **outdoors and on your feet**
-   Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
-   Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
-   Bilingual abilities are a plus.  Have a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
