## Requirements

**Required Skills**

-   Proficiency in 3D modeling with Tekla Structures, including creating custom components, setting up projects, and developing templates.
-   Analyze the scope of work, customer specifications, and contract drawings thoroughly.
-   Estimate the effort and time needed for project completion.
-   Identify any gaps, raise queries, prepare RFIs, seek client clarifications, and follow up on pending customer inputs.
-   Review and interpret RFI responses, assess their adequacy, and close RFIs accordingly.
-   Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within established deadlines.
-   Adhere to and comply with documented standards, policies, procedures, guidelines, and work instructions.

**Desired Candidate Profile**

-   Minimum 3 years of experience in structural steel modeling using Tekla Structures, following AISC standards.
-   Mandatory experience in both Structural and Miscellaneous modeling.
-   Previous work experience on US-based projects is required.

**Educational Qualifications**

B.E. or B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
